Bebaakee is set in a Muslim backdrop that chronicles two big-shot Muslim families. Since the Muslim culture is untapped on digital platforms, Ekta Kapoor aims to surprise us with her Muslim Drama on the OTT ALTBalaji platform in 2020. However, the Bebaakee release date still remains a surprise to all of us.
Initially, the makers had named the show as ‘United’ Later, the name changed to ‘Bebaakee.’ It is a story of two characters, Sufiyaan and Kainaat who share a common love for journalism. Although they develop an intense passion for each other, they fail to understand whether they are bonded by love or hate.
The entry of a charming and intelligent boy, Imtiaz forms a trio between him, Kainaat, and Sufiyaan. He finds an immediate interest in Kainaat and plans to take his and her ambition a notch higher. As the love triangle between Imtiaz, Kainaat, and Sufiyaan deepens further, Sufiyaan sets on the path to destruct Kainaat and Imtiaz.
Bebaakee is a web series that wraps the whole story beautifully in its 50 episodes. It is set in a Muslim backdrop that focuses on two rich families.
