Season 2 starts in Qatar where Ananya is making a name for herself as a successful businesswoman. Rohit comes to take her with him to India but she refuses to budge. Though Ananya’s internal turmoil of making her marriage work can be seen, she certainly doesn’t want it to cost her self-respect. As they start working out their issues, she realises that Rohit expects a child from her which can be an end for her career. On the other hand, Poonam is moving on with her life. She is also gleeful about Ananya’s decision where Rohit is going through a similar situation that Poonam had experienced. The finale ends with Rohit cheating on Ananya with Poonam leaving us on a cliffhanger. The story of season 3 will begin after 5 years of separation between Rohit and Ananya.
