The popular TV drama, Pavitra Rishta which once gave recognition to the late Sushant Singh Rajput is all set to make Shaheer Sheikh the nation’s ‘aakhon ka tara.’ The handsome hunk has been roped in to play Manav opposite Ankita Lokhande in the digital web series And boy, we can’t stop obsessing about it!
Taking to Instagram to share the news, ALTBalaji wrote, “Get ready for Manav’s smiling face and dreamy eyes as he comes back to win Archana’s and our hearts once again.

Speaking of his character with Bollywood Life, Sheikh said, “Manav, I think is one of the purest and earnest characters that I have ever played till date. It inspires you to be this good person and it makes you believe that in today’s generation also such people do exist,”
He further added, “From my end, it was an honest approach. It was ‘work’ for me, and I would never say no to work. I am an actor at the end of the day. If I had not done it somebody else would have picked it up. I felt it was a good character and I wanted to do justice to it, and so, I gave it my all.”
